- 1 Herve cheese
- 200 g Old Bruges
- 150 g goats' cheese
- 4 tbsp syrup, Liège
- 100 g walnuts
- 1 bunch raisins

Take the cheeses out of the fridge an hour before serving: at room temperature, they release all their flavours and their texture becomes more melting and pleasant in the mouth.

Arrange the cheeses on a nice wooden board, from the mildest to the strongest. Leave space between each one to make slicing easier and to preserve their distinct flavours.

Distribute a few small dishes of Sirop de Liège on the board. The syrup is enjoyed drizzled over the cheese, creating a typically Walloon sweet-and-savoury contrast.

Complete with walnuts, fresh grapes and rustic bread. Invite your guests to dip or drizzle each cheese with a little syrup to their taste.
