What a pleasure to see real Sirop de Liège chosen for the «Liégeois» burger, which consists of a crispy breaded chicken fillet, a slice of melting cheddar, fresh lettuce, balsamic onion pickles and a small onion-raisin mix, all in a lightly smoked bun.
