Spaghetti ‘Spicy Sesame’

Ingredients

2 p.
  • 3 tbsp chilli oil (for the sauce)
  • 3 tbsp of tahini
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp from Vrai Sirop de Liège
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 4 baby onions (for the filling)
  • 3 tbsp of peanuts
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 350 g spaghetti (for the pasta)

Marinating:

Cook the spaghetti in a large pan of salted water until al dente (about 8 minutes).

Meanwhile, mix the chilli oil, tahini, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil and a spoonful of Syrup Sirop de Liège.

Slice the garlic thinly and brown it in a little oil.

Pour the sauce mixture and let it simmer gently.

Are the pasta ready? Drain them and add them immediately to the sauce. Mix well and season with pepper and salt.

Slice the spring onions into thin rings and roughly chop the peanuts. Serve the spaghetti with the spring onions, peanuts and sesame seeds sprinkled on top.
