1

Take the cheeses out of the fridge an hour before serving: at room temperature, they release all their flavours and their texture becomes more melting and pleasant in the mouth.

2

Arrange the cheeses on a nice wooden board, from the mildest to the strongest. Leave space between each one to make slicing easier and to preserve their distinct flavours.

3

Distribute a few small dishes of Sirop de Liège on the board. The syrup is enjoyed drizzled over the cheese, creating a typically Walloon sweet-and-savoury contrast.

4

Complete with walnuts, fresh grapes and rustic bread. Invite your guests to dip or drizzle each cheese with a little syrup to their taste.
